I did not know any of this when I walked it on Easter Sunday. I just knew something felt different. Something deeper than any meditation I had done before. Now I understand why.
The 4 Steps of the Manifestation Route
Step 01
The Tree Throne — Send Your Intention
There is a throne carved from an ancient tree — centuries old — set on a stone platform in the hillside. You sit inside the tree. The wood wraps around you from both sides and behind. You are held by something that has been alive and rooted in Astarte’s land for hundreds of years.
I am not exaggerating when I say the moment I sat inside it — everything went quiet. My mind, which never stops, just stopped. And in that silence I could finally hear what I actually wanted. Not what I thought I should want. What I truly wanted.
I sent my intention into the earth. Quietly, in my mind. And I felt the tree receive it. I know how that sounds. I also know exactly what I felt.
What to do: Close your eyes. Breathe until still. Ask yourself — not what is safe or logical, but what your soul knows it is time for. Say it. The tree receives it. Astarte’s earth receives it. You have been heard.
Step 02
The Earth Chair — Let Go and Be Received
A vintage iron chair set against a living wall of red Andalusian clay. You sit back and the warm ancient earth rises behind you, holding you completely from behind. The same red clay that absorbed 2,500 years of prayers to Astarte.
This is where I surrendered. Not gave up — surrendered. I had been carrying so much. The projects that were draining me. The loneliness in Spain. The love I thought I had lost. I leaned back into that earth and I felt it all lift. Like the land took it from me. Like I did not have to hold it alone anymore.
What to do: Lean fully back. Close your eyes. Say your intention — out loud or in your mind. Then breathe and feel the earth receiving it. Not you forcing it into existence. The goddess pulling your future toward you. She has been doing this for 2,500 years. Let her.
Step 03
Hug the Ancient Tree — Connect and Receive Energy
This is my favourite moment. There is a great Mediterranean pine — centuries old. Before it stands its massive ancient stump, covered in hundreds of rings. Each one a year of life. And behind it, further along, the great living tree itself.
I hugged it. With everything I had. I pressed my whole body against the bark and held on. And I felt something move through it into my hands. Not imagination. Something real. Ancient and steady and completely unafraid.
These roots go deep into Astarte’s earth. Into 2,500 years of sacred energy. And in that moment — that energy moved into me.
What to do: Wrap your arms around the trunk and hold on as long as you need. Feel the energy move from the roots through the bark into your body. Let the goddess give you whatever you have been running low on — courage, trust, faith, love. She has enough. She always has enough.
Step 04
Stand on the Stump — Scream I CAN
This is the moment that broke me open.
You step up onto the great ancient stump. Hundreds of years of life beneath your feet. And you look toward the pyramid-shaped mountain on the horizon — the mountain the ancient world considered sacred, that aligns with the sun on the most sacred days of the year.
Astarte was worshipped in sight of this mountain. Her people looked at it from this same hillside. And now you stand on this ancient wood and look at it and you declare your truth.
I raised my hands to the sky. I said it. And I started to cry — not sad tears, release tears. Because for years I had been telling myself I couldn’t. I was stuck. The project was my ceiling. The love wasn’t coming. The community didn’t exist for me.
And standing on that ancient stump, on Astarte’s earth, with that mountain as my witness — I finally believed something different.
I CAN get out. I CAN choose a new path. I CAN have the love I want. I CAN have the life I actually want — not the one I settled for.

What is Viluz and where is it? Viluz is a retreat center in Marbella, Spain. It has yoga, meditation spaces inside and outside, a huge arena for meditative dance and events, and private suites designed for complete silence and restoration.
